By using AEO Radar (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service accepts a public URL you provide, fetches a small set of public resources from that URL, evaluates them against a list of agent-readiness checks, and returns a score and per-check evidence. The Service is provided free of charge and without any user account.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Scan a website you do not own or do not have permission to scan, where such permission is required by the destination site's terms or by applicable law.
• Generate excessive load against any destination site, including automated, looped, or distributed requests that could constitute abuse.
• Use the Service to harvest, scrape, or republish content from third-party sites beyond the limited, public discovery files the Service inspects.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or the systems on which it runs.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

We may rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict access from any client we reasonably believe is violating these terms, without notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability. Scores and recommendations are heuristic and should not be treated as authoritative or as legal, SEO, or security advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any result before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of AEO Radar and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. In no event will total aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

You confirm that any URL you submit is either yours, public, or one you have permission to inspect. You retain all rights to the destinations and content of the URLs you submit; we claim no ownership over them.

The Service fetches content from URLs you provide. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site, nor for any consequence of a scan against one.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, with or without notice, and may discontinue the Service entirely. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and contributors of AEO Radar from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
